The ORB Network is a Seattle-based community where leadership, wellbeing, and golf come together. We’re here to help women connect, grow, and break new ground—on and off the golf course.

Whether you're brand new to golf, early in your career, or seasoned in both, there's a place for you here.

What makes us different?
We believe leadership communities and the game of golf should be more accessible—not exclusive. You don’t need a certain title, swing speed, or golf club membership to belong here. We’re redefining what it means to lead, play, and grow—together.

Our “ORB Fairway” is simple. We’re on a mission to create:

• Opportunity – We open doors for women to expand their networks, grow their influence, and sharpen their game—whether that’s a tee shot or a boardroom pitch.

• Readiness – We design golf and leadership experiences that build confidence and capability, helping women take their next big swing, wherever it may lead.

• Belonging – We believe wellbeing is both physical and mental—and that you thrive when you're surrounded by like-minded women who support, inspire, and mentor one another, all while getting some fresh air and having fun.

Through in-person events, skill-building programs, and social and golf experiences, we’re building more than a network—we’re creating a movement.
